- Ensure proper line-up for the bridal party
- Take bouquets from ceremony to reception
- Set up items to be used by Bride & Groom (toasting glasses, cake cutters, servers)
- Serve as band/dj’s main point of contact for proper cues (1st dance, bouquet & garter toss, grand entrances, toasts, cake cutting)
- Distribute bubbles, rose petals, sparklers to guests before departure
- Help direct & distribute wedding favors to guests
- Provide a stress-free wedding day for the bride & groom
