  • Instruct ushers or groomsmen on how to seat & escort the guests for the ceremony
  • Confirm location of wedding rings
  • Direct placement of the floral arrangements, cake , centerpieces
  • Ensure proper line-up for the bridal party
  • Take bouquets from ceremony to reception
  • Set up items to be used by Bride & Groom (toasting glasses, cake cutters, servers)
  • Serve as band/dj’s main point of contact for proper cues (1st dance, bouquet & garter toss, grand entrances, toasts, cake cutting)
  • Distribute bubbles, rose petals, sparklers to guests before departure
  • Help direct & distribute wedding favors to guests
  • Provide a stress-free wedding day for the bride & groom
