  • Follow up communication with vendors regarding details on iteinerary
  • Accompany the Bride at the final venue walk-thru not later than 1-week prior to wedding
  • Conduct a final meeting with the Bride approximately 3-days prior to the wedding
  • Create a Wedding Weekend Itinerary for bridal party, family, & vendors
  • Distribute itineraries & duties to vendors & become their main point of contact
  • Receive from couple at rehearsal & distribute at weddings; final vendor payments & gratuities
  • Attend & manage rehearsal
  • Assist with ceremony & reception set-up
  • Facilitate vendor operations for timely service
  • Oversee & direct the overall flow of the ceremony and reception
  • ASE to arrive to ensure proper set-up of vendors and last to leave to ensure proper teardown
  • Facilitate activities to keep on timeline
  • Transport personal items to reception (i.e. toasting glasses, favors, cake knife)
  • Pin flowers to attendants & distribute bouquets at ceremony
  • Bustle wedding gown at reception
  • Direct clean up; gather personal decorations & belongings at end of reception
  • Provide checklist of who is responsible to take home gifts, cake toper, bridal portrait, & keepsakes
  • Bring an Emergency Wedding Kit
  • Instruct attendants about their duties
  • Instruct ushers or groomsmen on how to seat & escort their guests
  • Confirm location of wedding rings prior to ceremony
  • Direct placement of floral arrangements, cake, centerpieces
  • Ensure proper line-up for the bridal party
  • Confirm signing of marriage license by officiates * witnesses before the end of the event
  • Take bouquets from ceremony to reception site if needed
  • Set up items to be used by Bride & Groom (toasting glasses, cake cutters, servers)
  • Serve as band/dg’s main point of contact for propper cues (1st dance, bouquet & garter toss, grand entrances, toasts, cake cutting)
  • Top of wedding cake to be boxed if so desired (client to provide box)
  • Distribute bubbles, rose petals, sparklers to guests before departure
  • Help direct & distribute wedding favors
  • Provide a stress-free wedding day for the Bride & Groom
